Informationen für Vortragende / Information for Speakers
Zeitlimit: Die maximale Vortragslänge beträgt 30 Minuten für Invited Speakers, 20 Minuten für Accepted Speakers (jeweils ohne Diskussionszeit). Bitte halten Sie das Zeitlimit unbedingt ein!
Die Diskussion findet am Ende jedes Vortragsblocks statt (d.h. nicht zwischen den Vorträgen innerhalb desselben Vortragsblocks). Jeder Vortragsblock enthält ein bis drei Vorträge (siehe auch die Zeitübersicht).
Time limit: The maximal time allotted for each lecture is 30 minutes for Invited Speakers, 20 minutes for Accepted Speakers. Please do keep to the time limit!
Discussion of the lectures takes place at the end of each time slot (i.e. not between lectures within the same time slot). Each time slot contains one to three lectures (see also the schedule of papers).
Fotokopien: In der Humboldt-Universität können leider keine Kopien für Handouts etc. gemacht werden. Sie finden aber einen Copyshop in unmittelbarer Nähe des HU-Hauptgebäudes.
Photocopies: There will be no possibility to make photocopies for handouts etc. in the Humboldt-Universität. However, you can find a photocopying shop close to the HU Main Building.
Vortragstechnik: Wir werden für alle Vorträge einen PC mit MS Windows und einen Beamer zur Verfügung stellen. Wenn Sie Texte und/oder Bilder zeigen wollen (vorzugsweise mit MS PowerPoint), geben Sie bitte Ihre Daten auf CD oder USB-Stick (versehen mit Ihrem vollen Namen, der Nummer Ihres Panels sowie dem Datum und der Uhrzeit Ihres Vortrags) spätestens am Tag zuvor im Kongressbüro ab. Bitte schicken Sie uns die Datei nicht per Email.
Falls Sie Filme und/oder Tonaufnahmen vorführen wollen, bringen Sie bitte ebenfalls Ihre Daten mit und geben uns vor dem Kongress Bescheid, je eher desto besser. (In einigen Fällen ist das bereits geschehen, hier ist keine weitere Nachricht nötig.)
Presentation equipment: We will provide a PC with MS Windows and a video projector for all lectures. If you wish to show texts and/or pictures (preferably in MS PowerPoint), please submit your presentation data on a CD-ROM or USB memory stick (labelled with your full name, panel number and date and time of your paper) at the congress desk, not later than the day before your paper. Please do not send your file by email.
If you plan to play sound or film files, please bring your data as well and notify us well before the congress, the sooner the better. (This has already been done in some cases for which we do not need another message.)
Internet: Wir werden ein WLAN (drahtlose Internetverbindung) im Hauptgebäude der Humboldt-Universität für alle Kongressteilnehmer zur Verfügung stellen, das Sie mit Ihrem Laptop nutzen können. Dieses kann voraussichtlich auch in den Vortragsräumen genutzt werden, wir können aber keine Garantie geben.
Internet: We will provide a wireless local area network (with internet connection) within the Humboldt-Universität Main Building for all congress participants which you can use with your own laptop. This will probably be also available in the lecture rooms, but we cannot make any guarantees.
